The Workwise Smart Office Solution is a smartband and mobile app that provides the next generation of office productivity tools, including features such as unlocking doors, computers, conference room meeting autostart, proximity printing, temperature control, and more.
The Workwise Analytics Console provides insights from the Workwise Smart Office solution by supplying anonymized telemetry data about the enterprise's facilities.
The enterprises are given a macro view of workspace utilization, lighting / cooling consumption, office congestion points, and conference room utilization, to name a few.

My contributions to the project were producing Product Requirements, Information Architecture, Designer Management, UX Design, Prototype Web Development, and Product Specifications.
The analytics product was designed around four core principles: Anonymous Privacy, Security, Scalability, & Relevancy.
Determining which features to include was reasonably straightforward. Since we already defined which features to include in HP Workwise Smartband and the HP Workwise Mobile App, we derived the insights we found to be the most useful provided from each product. Below is a high-level breakdown of the data we focused on collecting for the console.
Given that this was the MVP release, we kept the UX fairly simple. Instead of producing User Flow Diagrams or User Journeys, I focused on producing consistent design patterns and a clean visual experience. Below are a few examples of the visual design output.
Considering the nature of the target customer (Enterprise Customers), it was important to design a UI that could dynamically expand and contract components based on any enterprise's role-based access control permissions structure.
We built the UI around the need-to-know security concept, where the UI dynamically shows data and navigation tabs based on the level of permissions a given user has. For example, an HR Operations person would be allowed to provision smart bands to new employees using the Provisioning tab but would not have access to the Wellness, Activity Logs, or other tabs.
Part of my role on this project called for me to produce a prototype of the analytics website to get a feel for how the final product would look and function. The prototype was also used to showcase the concept to the executive leadership. Below is a link to view the prototype I created in WordPress. I stood up the site and customized the CSS to match the design. The password to the prototype is "officegoals".
